King's Daughters Women's Center - Harker Heights

I had trouble finding my physical medical card but had a front to back photo. After spending over 10 minutes waiting for her to find my information the clerk sends my away saying that it was too late and that I would have to reschedule. This woman had long black hair and big eyes and tan skin and thick eye brows. I did not catch her name but I am not sure if I was being descriminated against because I’m black. She did not even try to call my insurance company. Worst service ever! This is one of the only gynecologist in my city.
