Perfect service. Everyone was so helpful, and my fiancé and I found the perfect ring!! Great place!!

This is the most disorganized unprofessional jeweler I have ever felt with. First I was tod by store manager that opening an account would not put a hard hit on my credit- false!!! Next they were sizing a set of rings and lost the band. Found in the "do not want" pile. Then. Engagement ring was sized to a different size than the wedding band. Now we have sat here for 45 minutes because they credited our payment to the wrong account. Received a nasty call from the collections department. Once this transaction is done so 's my business with Kay.
