They called me on Monday to state they had my order and would call back to schedule a delivery. I told them I needed to get it by the end of the week but was told the scheduling manager was not in to set a time and date. I called back Tuesday and the scheduling manager was not in. I called back Wednesday and left a message for the scheduling manager to call me. I also stated again it was important that I get the delivery by the end of the week. I was told that I should have it by the end of the week. I called back Thursday (surprise I hadn't gotten a call back from the scheduling manager) and the scheduling manager was not in. I stated again I needed it by the end of this week and it is mid day Thursday now. I guess it was at this point they actually looked up my order and it was determined that in fact they did not even have my delivery.
Also, I am pretty sure they did the delivery of my other oversize item which was for INSIDE home delivery and they would not bring it inside. If this was not them, then they are just terrible at logistics, having employees who work, and empty promises.
