When I first went to have my brakes done a few weeks ago it was a great experience, but fast forward to today when I'm getting new tires and the technician tells me that my lugnuts have been hammered on instead of screwed and they can't get the tires off without the studs breaking. I am so upset because that was just pure laziness. Now I have to pay for someone to come to the tire shop to remove the lugnuts because they do the have the machine for it here.
