Had a transmission pump go out and needed the transmission rebuilt. Took it to Joe even though he knew i didnt have the money right then and there he worked with us and still got the van done pretty fast considering he had alot of vehicles needing to be repaired on site, only took three days! a month later we had a small leak with the transmission and called him up took it back in and he fixed it no problems no charge same day. He even pointed out other things that where wrong that where quick fixes could be done ourselves without try to go ahead and do it himself and not push to have him do it.
