As someone with celiac disease, ordering "gluten-free" can be a risk. I was very impressed with Jersey Mike's handling of my gluten-free order. They took my sandwich off the line and made it separately. The employee that added the lettuce, onions, etc washed his hands and replace his gloves. It was clear that they had been trained in handling gluten-free orders. Thank you for understanding customers with food allergies and please keep up this level of attention to detail.
