James Avery Jewelry

I have to say this. I was looking so forward to visiting Janes Avery. I love their jewelry, but was do very DISSAPPOINTED in their service (actually lack of). Several of the employees were but the lady behind the counter was short, cold, clearly frustrated when I changed my mind. She wanted us to wear jewelry out, probably so she wouldn’t have to give a box or anything to put jewelry in! I have several pieces and asked for s polishing cloth...$3.50 ? What a “DISSERVICE” the name James Avery and what it supposedly stands for. From now on I will order online!
