They said they have been open since November 2017. We were there on a Saturday mid-afternoon and there were only a handful or so customers. The floor looked old but the store was imaculately clean and everything was neatly and beautifully arranged. Fruits and produce are very fresh. Seafood and meat too. Someone must be buying them. The freezer section was roped off as workers were installing them.
