I just had my braces removed in April of 2016. I've been going back for my follow up visits & HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
As an adult, I was worried about getting braces. I am a 34 year old, business professional. I was going to need an expander, rubber bands & braces.
The whole time I was told exactly what to expect. They don't just force stuff at you & expect you to deal with it. They tell you what they are doing & what changes to expect. When I had appointments I would always show up a little early & usually had very little waiting time if any.
My ideal staff would be down to earth, have a sense of humor, be professional, friendly & knowledgeable...this staff has it all. The same orthodontist assistants are there each time I go which is a testament to Dr. Bonilla. (I always worry when I see a high turnover in an office.)
Dr. Bonilla & his assistants work hard to make sure you have a great smile. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Bonilla & his staff!
