The paint work was pretty good, but the communication throughout was terrible. The job was supposed to start on 4-16, but no one showed up or called. They ended up coming out on 4-17 for a 2 day job. However the paint that we picked with the help of their color specialist, looked terrible with our trim (this was our original concern which is why we chose to consult with their color specialist, she assured us it would look great, but it didn't) We asked them to repaint that area, and we paid extra for it, but with more communication failures and crews showing up on the wrong day, they didn't finish the job until 4-30. Like I said, the work was ok, but the hassle wasn't worth it, and I would not use them again......... Update, thank you for your response and transparency. Also, thank ypu for the apology gift. I wish you guys well.
