Don't bother to investigate this kennel any further. I politely called and left a message one day, requesting to stop by for a look and quick interview on the following day, describing my needs and my dogs. To my total disbelief, no one from the kennel even bothered to call me back. I can't imagine ANY kennel ignoring a dog owner, who is going through the stressful process of finding a decent kennel to leave his/her best friends. To be fair, this isn't the first time a "business" in Texas has blown me and other friends off....apparently too busy with their own lives to return what the average person would consider an important phone call.
