Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kerrville

Make sure you get a room on the top floor. The ceilings are not exactly sound proof. A family of kids were in the room directly above us, and they ran back and forth for HOURS!!! When we checked in (late afternoon on Wednesday, Dec. 28th), the clerk was helping another customer, so I was second in line. When that customer left, I stepped up to the desk to check in and was immediately interrupted by a third customer wanting to know all the restaurants in town. The clerk turned away from me and helped THEM and ran her mouth for quite awhile. Nice customer service!! There is only one elevator for the whole building, so it took awhile for everyone to board it in the morning for check-out. Otherwise it was clean, and the room was very large.
