Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Galleria Area

Hotel was nice. Staff wasn’t very friendly. None of the plugs in our bathroom worked which made it hard while getting ready. There was also an odd smell in our room. The lady at the breakfast buffet was rude. She very rudely asked for my room number when i arrived that morning for breakfast and gave me an eye roll followed by a deep breath. I felt very uncomfortable after that. There was a lady behind me (different race) who had also came for breakfast. She was greeted with a “Good morning, can i get you anything?” I’m usually not one to complain but knowing i spent my money there only to be treated like i didn’t belong infuriates me. I will never step foot here again.
