The lady running the place should be terminated ASAP. I rented a car for 29 days while my car was in the body shop. I return the car a hour later I get a call and she tells me there going to charge me $60.00 to vacuum some what she called dog hairs from the car.this is just a nother scam she is running. I went back pick up the car and took the car to a car care and they washed and clean the inside of the car yes I paid $20.00 to have it done.I took the car back hour and half later.I have never in my life herd of a policy if there is what she called dog hair on the seat you will be charged $60.00 for detailing I quote cherri said we get a discount. Hertz Rental Car my advice stay clear of this place in Marble Falls. Update on November 28th I spoke with Hertz customer care service I asked her if this was a policy with Hertz that they can charge a customer to vacuum and clean a vehicle. The customer care service lady advised me that they can charge up to $300.
