H Town Cleaners

Absolutely terrible. The sad thing is I used to be a regular here, since it was close to where I worked. I don't ask a lot of questions since I mostly just drop off but anytime I asked what service cleaned what the lady would give a puff as if she were doing me a favor by simply accepting the clothes. The last straw was dropping off a shirt to be re-buttoned. They circled 2 days later, but when I came on that day I was told 'no, that will be done tomorrow.' I asked her to look at the day circled on the ticket and after she did she said 'no, it takes longer, come tomorrow.' Well damn I didn't know it took 3 days to re-button a shirt but I sure as hell won't be spending another cent here.
