bad, bad, bad, never want to call for refill to doctor office, always ask patient to call, but patient couldn't send refill request form and do their work to get refill.
I like this pharmacy as it is convenient for me. My prescriptions are always ready. The technicians are always friendly in person. The service is quick. When you call over the phone, I'm not sure who answers, but the customer service is always inconsistent. Sometimes the lady or gentlemen over the phone is rude and quick to hang up. They sometimes sound like they've had a rough day. I've only experienced two problems in the past. Unfortunately, my insurance company always rechecks my refills each time so when I normally go once monthly, it's normally declined. With this being said, the technicians are never helpful. They always say they will call the insurance company and handle it. It never gets handled. It luckily goes through after me having to wait one or two times after it declines. The second time I had a problem was with a consultation I had with the pharmacist. When I finished agreeing for the consultation I had to wait five minutes, though I saw him sitting down looking at his phone. Then when he comes towards me he looked as if I had bothered him. He went really quick over the directions on how to take the medication correctly. When I began to ask questions he didn't seem alert at first but answered them. Overall, I like this pharmacy. I've never had any extreme problems or complaints.
