Plumber not truthful at all. He lied saying he told me my total price before he started working, when he didnt tell me until after he finished!! I called to have these guys come out to my house because another company told me I didn't have a clean out for my bathrooms. The guy that came out was very nice and he did find that I already had a clean out. But he did not give me an option of opting out of him doing the work before he started. Being a first time homeowner I didn't really know what to expect. The call out fee is 39.99, so I didn't know my actual price was gonna be $169 until after he had already dug up the clean out. I would think he would have told me this before he started the digging so that I could agree or not agree to pay this. Even though he found my clean out I still feel jipped because he did not give me a choice.
