Grogan's Cleaners

I wish I could give this business less than one star. This is the most unprofessional and non organized dry cleaners I have ever been to. I have used the Grogan's Lufkin location multiple times and almost every time I would go in there would be a problem. The worker had put me under the wrong name before and just earlier they lost a $170 pair of suit pants that when I called about it all the owner did was scream and yell at me for being "wrong". (Even though I was clearly not because I brought them in and when I went to pick them up, they were not there) The owner was in fact so mad at me that HE was the one who hung up on ME! I was left appalled over his response and he was not interested in making anything better. Very unprofessional. It is very cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.
