Grand Prairie Ford

I did a thorough search online for a new F-150 and found that Grand Prairie Ford was offering an amazing deal. So off I went to check them out . I was prepared to walk away at the slightest sign of bait-and-switch. Well, that never happened. Instead I walked into a dealership that truly cares about its customers, from the moment that I arrived, and building an excellent reputation all around. Arvin Proctor was assigned to be my sales rep by Jesus Rodriguez, the General Manager—two genuinely nice guys! They were very professional and straight shooters about everything I asked. I felt no pressure whatsoever at any time. I found exactly the vehicle I wanted—a new F150 that was loaded with everything I needed--and more. After the test drive and some minor haggling, I was set to make the deal. A short time after signing all the papers, they got the truck ready to hand over to me. I was amazed at how thorough the delivery manager was about explaining the many intricate features about my truck. I really appreciated the high level of attentiveness given to me, all in all. I had never experienced anything like it before! The deal I got was, in my honest opinion, so good to the point that I drove home feeling proud of myself, and very glad I had discovered Grand Prairie Ford. I love my new truck and thank the folks at GPF for everything they did to help me. I most certainly do recommend Grand Prairie Ford--very highly!
