After Three Days and three E-mails to the owner Zale's Corporation, waiting on a decision of "What is a Lifetime Guaranty of a Watch Battery replacement for three watches I purchased at the Gordon Jewelry Store, in the Midland Park Mall in Midland, Texas since 2005. My wife's watch is dead and battery needs replaced. Waiting on a Management Decision as I was turned down by management in the Gordon's Store by personnel on duty? I dispatched a written e-mail-concern to the Main Office and Response is on the way back to me from the Main Office of said owner. What is a "Lifetime Battery Replacement?" which I paid for in 2005? Any one know the answer like Management of Zales????
