Fast, friendly, clean, and great food at reasonable prices. Had low expectations from the outside appearance, but inside was comfy and welcoming.

On 12/23/16 three of us ordered sirloin tips with onions and mushrooms. The waitress asked each one of us how we wanted our sirloin tips cooked. Two ordered medium rare that was well done upon arrival to our table and the onions were still raw. The salad was bitter ( spring mix) and the waitress forgot one of our sides. I had previously been to this restaurant once before and ordered chicken fried chicken and the meal was much better at that time (several months ago). I asked the waitress if there were different owners and she didn't understand what I was asking because she didn't speak much English. The other lady said it was the same owner. My family will not be wasting any more money at this establishment. The sign where you check out says no reductions or refunds.
