Josie Tindall - this lady that wrote that review is lying. I study in this starbucks and the "tall blonde" that you are referring to is always kind and efficient at her job. I was standing at the counter when this encounter happened. The barista sweetly offered to make your daughter another drink and your daughter said the drink was fine. Then you came in acting like a completely entitled "Frisco mom fool" after your daughter came and complained to you. The whole store was shocked (when realizing that your daughter might have lied to you) you walked out after making the barista almost cry.. without apologizing for your behavior. It reminded me as a mother how important it is to teach our children how to treat people and the importance of assessing a situation before reacting.
