Friendship Haven Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

My mom was there for one night before I had to call the ambulance and have her transferred to the emergency room. She fell because staff failed to respond to call light all night and morning. The bed was broken, the toilet was broken not to mention the patient across the hall said she was yelling for help all night. When the ambulance got there the nurse gave them another patients medical records instead of my moms. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
