I’m not usually a person who complains and gives bad reviews, but I’ve had enough! Silence will go nowhere.
Having my car serviced at Freeman Honda would be the last time! This place looks nice, but the service is fallacious! I spent nearly TWO HOURS waiting for an oil and filter change; which takes nearly 30 minutes to perform. If I didn’t check with the front desk, I honestly believe I would have waited more time! The associate who met me outside as I pulled into the center did not notify me about my car as I waited. All I received from her - 3 minutes before I walked out - was rearranged prices for future services I would need on my car and not inform me why. I already spoke to a professional who told me everything I needed before she arrived! I highly question her knowledge about the parts and services needed.
On another note, If you make an appointment save your breath. I previously had the same service done last year under a scheduled appointment as an observation, and they continue the task in delay.
Something must be corrected at Freeman Honda to care for your customers. I’m not sorry to say you’ve lost one.
