Freed's Furniture Distribution Center

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was sold a console and the guy who sold me the console stated and actually wrote on the paper for them to deliver at the 2 floor and leave at the door. The delivery guy comes and says that he is not able to deliver it at my door even though the paper work said so. He told me he doesn't care what the paper said that the guy lied to me just to sell something. We were on the side of the street with on coming traffic and he said that is where he will leave the console, he called it curb side delivery. I refused because that is not what i signed on the paper work. Mind you my place has elevators so all he had to do was put the console on the dolly and we get on the elevator. He refused again and said he doesn't care what the paper work said I was cheated. Then he calls Nebraska Warehouse Customer Service Office. I spoke with this guy on the phone who stated that although my paper work said 2nd floor delivery there was no way they can do that because it is not their policy when it comes to free delivery. I never even asked for free delivery the sales guy literally pushed it on me stating "guess what you'll even get free delivery!" �So I proceeded to ask why did the guy who sold me this then not only promise me this but wrote it down. The customer service rep replied "we will talk to his manager and we're sorry you got misadvised." And that was it. Luckily there was a guy who lived in my complex who was outside and overheard everything and came to help me. We asked the driver if we can then use his dolly to take it to the 2nd floor. They guy surprisingly agreed. When it was time to put the console on the dolly the guy said to us to wait that he has something better we can use so we waited and guess what????? HE DROVE AWAY. There I was left with a 70lb console on the road. I called Nebraska they apologized and said there is nothing they can do. I was even willing to pay for one of their delivery guys to come and help me put it in my house and the guy said we have no one who can do that today. WORST WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
