This bank was a nightmare to deal with. First of all, you cannot pay over the phone or online. The Lubbock branch is only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for shortened hours. I mailed them a check because that was my only option, and they called threatening repossession on my vehicle and it wasn’t even 30 days late! Then they implied that I lied about mailing the check even though I had the receipt from Fedex. They don’t respond to emails or phone messages, and it’s pretty much impossible to get a customer service representative on the phone.
