First American Title

We received extremely poor customer service from Stacy Keller at First American Title, and when we complained, First American withdrew its Title Commitment. I would never do business with Stacy Keller or this company again, nor would I recommend Ms. Keller or First American to anyone else. Once we transferred our transaction to Stewart Title Company, the professionals there were able to close the deal within a matter of days, at lower cost to us, and treated us as valued customers.
