I have purchased lifetime alignment for all my cars but since this one came under new management, they humiliated me for 45 minutes saying they could not find record for my car. Sam the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful, raised his voice and kept interrupting me and walked off after talking without even listening to me. He said you have to bring the receipt to prove it as I cannot find it. As if its my responsibility to save receipts from 2 years ago. I even pulled my receipt from my credit card transactions for the exact date. Still he was not satisfied. They were just having fun with me it seemed like.
