I started here having no clue about crossfit. I checked out different boxes and this was the only box that made me feel valued from the beginning. They guided me with my form and technique. 2 years later I call this my home. Great coaches that know what they are doing, a box that gives back to the community and I have met so many people that have become my closet friends. I highly recommend Fidelis, now my daughter and I workout together.
