Extended Stay America - Austin -Northwest Research Park

I don't even know where to start. We drove from Georgia to the location on research park, get to our first room to find, trash throughout the room, dirty towels all over the bathroom area, a clogged toilet, and surprisingly made up bed and new toiletries laid out. The lady at the front desk, was great, very apologetic and upgraded us. We get into room 2, to find it reeks of weed, the fridge had been unplugged and cigarette butts and other trash had been shoved into the grooves on the ice maker. There was mold in the shower, a hole in the bathroom wall, and missing towel bar. There was outlets with gaps around the plates, and one outlet had clearly caught fire at one point. Went to the front desk, requested a refund, again she was super nice, and apologetic. Now my husband, myself and our 17 month old son are back in our car, after having spent the last 15 hours in here, frantically searching for a place to stay. Thanks for a 'great' experience.
