DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!! I took in some jeans I needed hemmed before I went on vacation, and I specified that I wanted the original hem. They where not ready when they needed to be so I told them never mind I would just pick them up. It took them half the day to find my jeans because apparently alterations are done off site. After they finally got my jeans the alterations person apparently thought she would hurry and hem my jeans after I already said never mind. Well she didn't even put the original hem!!! when the order clearly said original hem!! So now my $100 jeans are ruined with a single white line thats not even straight around the bottom of them. It looks like crap!!! Im taking them to small claims to pay for my jeans. I asked the lady at the desk to have the manager call me and they never did. So now they will pay for my jeans and pay for court fees. TERRIBLE PLACE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
