Drain & Air Rescue

I bought a groupon to have my AC tuned up and back out to make some repairs. Both times Josh was AWESOME! When Josh arrived, I was greeted with a very warm smile and knowledgeable mind. He was fantastic, polite and professional. He not only explained everything well, but he was also very thorough in his write up and description of the repairs we needed. He was such a nice guy he put our trashcan back where it belonged after trash pickup. He also waited an extra 15 minutes for my husband to get home to explain everything to him as well. I never felt rushed to make a decision on anything. Super easy to reach to follow up on needed repairs. I'll definitely use them again as long as Josh is our technician :) He's an A+++ guy and I recommend him to anyone.
