Very bad service with scheduling appointments received message from.case work that appointment was at 9:30 then received message from office that appointment was changed to 10 then arriveat office at supposedly appointment was at 9 am!! Even showed them message and was told we could reschedule or wait till 3 patients in front of us were seen first or come back at noon!! Took him out of school for nothing! Why do you overbook if you have a schedule and you know how long an appointment is schedule patients accordingly!!!
