Such a shame! The car was great. The girl on the desk was great. BUT, despite me pre-paying and selecting the full 'all inclusive' insurance and fuel package, my credit card was charged again when I dropped the car off, leaving me out of pocket, over my credit card limit and utterly, utterly disgusted with the Dollar brand as a whole! They are now ignoring my emails, tweets and DM's. I'm in the UK so would rather not have to call them.
Absolutely terrible! We got to El Paso and we rented a car to get around El Paso, and the car had a flat tire! And we got charged for it! Don't forget the customer service is awful.
