No one ever answers any line. Tried contacting another va clinic to ask some question related to my healthcare and they stated that they get multiple complaints everyday about the bryan/college station va no answering any calls or giving an option to even leave a voicemail. The va system is still a joke and nothing has really changed to fix it. All they do is check an item in the box to tell themselves they've done a better job not actual change.
