Deluxe Dry Cleaners

Had been taking 'normal' items here for years and never had any issues. Dropped off my letter jacket and had a conversation with the manager about whether or not they could remove the sticky coating on the sleeves, and showed a few spots on the wool part of the jacket. He said it would take longer than normal and they would call. Never called, went today to pick it up. Not only are the sleeves still sticky, but they now have a discoloration to them [sleeves are grey, discoloration is a darkish brown] and look worse than they did. Plus the wool part of the jacket wasn't cleaned and there is hair all over it. Asked for the manager again and he explained that there wasn't anything he could do because of the 'wax they put on the sleeves'. I asked about the discoloration and he said 'that's what happens when you clean these jackets'. I asked him why he told me he could remove the stickiness if he actually couldn't and why he didn't tell me that the sleeves would look worse after he was done. He kept going back to the 'wax' thing and could not answer my question, nor the reason why the jacket part wasn't cleaned either. Told him I wasn't paying $25 for a cleaning he promised he could do, then didn't/couldn't. After going round for another 15 minutes with him, I finally paid just to get out of there. Girl at the desk was nice and really didn't want to take my money [she understood what I was saying] and kept apologizing. I told her it wasn't her fault he promised something he couldn't deliver. Will never go here again!
