I have been with State farm for 20 plus years. Auto, Home, and life. I was very unhappy with the level of service i was provided from my previous agent. I randomly found the David Hall agency and I've never looked back. Their customer service is the best i have seen or heard of. I wish i would have left my agent years ago. It is cliche, but I'm treated like family. If you are not pleased with your agent or service, call David. You will be happy you did. Not only does he answer his cell phone, his whole staff answers theirs. I couldn't get my previous agent to call me back. I had to leave voice mails then hope for a return call. Much less have them actually answer a cell phone. David is available when i need him, and that is why i have insurance in the first place. I wish i could give this agency 10 stars. They deserve it
