bad customer service, they need to remove the 'walkins welcome' ...went in about 2 hours before their closing, man in room directed me to the back w the women that work there, asked first woman for a haircut, said she couldnt, sent me to the back to someone else, other person was sitting down chatting w a customer, asked for a haircut and told me she was fixing to do a service on that customer, and had something else going after...felt like i was on a wild goose chase for a darn haircut, no shampoo, no style just a haircut!!!! if you want great customer service go somewhere else where you feel welcome...this is soooo not the place !
