CubeSmart Self Storage

This Cubesmart store should be called VICKIE-SMART, she makes up her rules and ruins the credibility of Cubesmart. She charged us $17 for insurance when $12 was enough and was the going optional fee. We did not even have to pay, if she asked us, our home or car insurance policy. She implied that for the size of the unit we were getting, we had to $17 and was not correct. She would not refund when confronted.
