Compass Self Storage

They ask customers to leave them "good" reviews. I called today to get the price of my unit because I got behind and needed to pay today before they closed. When I initially got my unit, I was offered the first month free but the guy only did 50 percent because I was unsure of how long I would need it. I asked for the additional 50 today since I was still there and the guy was very rude and basically insinuated that I made it up. I also made a donation but I guess they don't keep any notes... Maybe they pocket it, who really knows. I will definitely be paying and removing my things. I hate businesses with snobby and rude employees. Btw, research the prices in the area, theirs is overpriced and they charge a $25 admin fee which I've never heard of a storage unit doing.
