If I could give a zero rating if I could. We had issues from beginning until end with installation of custom Hunter Douglas blinds in our home. A problem I reported in June of 2017 has still not been fixed as of January 2018. Initial installation was done improperly and unprofessionally and damaged original blinds as well as their operation mechanisms. We have suffered with problems since then, and communication with the store has been negligible. Do not use this company. I am now reporting to Better Business Bureau and circumventing the company and going straight to Hunter Douglas to fix my problems because colony windows does not care. They have not communicated with me since August, and they promised to get back to me within a few days.
