College Station Medical Center

The billing department "Traditions Emergency" is absolutely terrible. Apparently there was a balance I owed that I was not aware of until I got a collections notice. In 20 years I have never had that happen. I promptly called them to see what was up. My final payment of $137.00 didn't go through because my card was lost and the transaction didn't post. So instead of making any reasonable effort to contact me over such a small balance, my credit report is tarnished for 7 years over $137.00. Worst customer service expirence I've had in a long time.
