Chili's Grill & Bar

This placed lacks accountability. I only go to it because it’s close but I’m not going to it ever again. The first time I went they made me wait for my food for an hour and a half because they had forgotten about our orders. They didn’t even apologize or offer some thing in the meanwhile. The second time I planned a surprise dinner for my boyfriend and I called in advance two times so they knew a big party was coming and they made us wait an hour till we got seated. It was embarrassing for me because of all the people I invited knew the time we were supposed to get seated but instead they had given our tables to someone else. Never again. Just thinking about it gets me pissed off.
