If you are in a bind and you find yourself without your id. It's hard to speak with person at this bank, and retrieve your own money. I understand that there are security measures in place to protect customers money, but I feel that I would have needed the doctor that delivered me, the nurse that cleaned me, and my mother that raised to confirm my identity, and I still would not have inspired in compassion in these people, to allow me access to my account.
I'm glad I had a full tank to drive back home, 200 miles away...
