Yesterday Thursday night I went into this location to buy some shoes around 8:15pm As I stood there with 2 pair of heels in my hands looking at the manager and the sales girl that was working the floor and having a convo with the manager.... both looked at me and I said excuse me twice but instead they continued with their convo and the sales girl walked right pass me to the shoes and still didn’t say a word! At this point I put the shoes back and told her I’m leaving since y’all don’t wanna help me and proceeded to walk toward the door I seen the sales girl go up to the manager and tell her what I said so I turned around and approach the manager I told her it was very unprofessional to look at someone and not offer any help then she continued to apologize and still Didn’t offer to help me I understand it was late and close to closing but that dont give them the right to ignore a customer you said sorry and still didn’t offer to help and you are a manager Gots to do better
