My experience was great I saw my car on the website fell in love and drove it home the same day customer service was great.However I have had my Mercedes Benz c300 for 5 months now and I filled it up at the Gas Station on my lunch break and the car left me stranded it would not crank I had to miss the rest of my day at work and still missing days From work I rode home with the tow truck I called the S Guard insurance only to find out the ignition or EIS system is not covered under my warranty and that has to come out my pocket 1600 to fix it.The Mercedes dealership said the EIS was replaced in 2012 under recall if so I don't understand why I'm having this problem the warranty will not cover my 189.00 diagnostic test this is unfair for a new customer to have to endure this type of tragedy especially paying 700.00 a month in car note and insurance it seems like the car ran long enough for them to hurry and sell I called CGM and asked if there was anything they could do to help me and they said no I have had the car over 90 days and the car loan was sold off so I'm stuck with a 600 car note plus 1600 repair what's crazy is they got 3000 for my trade in that money did not even go towards my car I would think they would try to help a lady in distress it's Christmas time I even sent a few of my friends to them for cars and they were approved but they are not having any problems with their luxury vehicles lucky them my battery was checked out its good my starter was good alternator good it's either the steering column EIS system or something electrical and if that's so they can have this car back I will worry about my credit later who pays 600 a month for a car they can drive it afford to fix nobody absolutely no one my experience went from good to bad to worse I pray nobody not even my enemy goes through this kind of stress I feel like I'm going to have a stroke or heart attack
