I have been going to this cleaners for about the past two years on and off and have never had a problem with their services. It isn't the absolute best but worth the services. I recently sent in an item from part of my clothing collection "Fenty" label. And I got it back with a missing piece. I can no longer wear the garment without that piece. They said they understood and they would do everything to look for it. I was leaving town and told them I would be back two days later. After getting back they said they still had not been able to locate the missing piece. I told them something needed to be done because this item is of no use without it. They told me I would have to speak to the manager. I left and returned with the rest of my items (collected) to show them that this piece was part of a collection line. After seeing all this they decided to look for it one more time and if they didnt find ut they would offer compensation. Again I left town (I travel for business). When I returned 4 days later I Was told the manager had already left for THanksgiving holiday and would not be back until the 5th of December. I'm writing this because it seems as if I am getting the run around, and Dec 5 is my deadline until I turn to whatever legal ramifications I may have to go through. I hope that management sees this and does the right thing before that time and my review can end on a positive note. Will not be getting any business from me until this matter is handled.
