CareNow Urgent Care

I would not give this clinic a star but in order to post I had to. I called at 8:00am today and was informed it would be a 3 and half hour wait. My spouse waited in the clinic 2hrs and was advised by staff to go home and they would call her. 12:45 hits and she was never updated on how many more pts were ahead at this time it was 4 hours waiting then I called and talked to Marley and she advised it would be 1hr. My spouse still waited patiently 1 hr had passed and was told it would take another hour to be seen a total of 5hrs for an URGENT CARE CLINIC not to mention only one Dr and no supervisor present to speak to this was poor care for the patient and would never recommend this clinic please be aware of the care you will be giving to your family member coming here this is not the first time.
