In only giving them 1 star because they ‘tried to help’. 1. My husband test drove the car. It was making a clicking noise they assured us that nothing was wrong with they car 2. The entire time the girls were speaking in Spanish to each other ( I’m sure it was a harmless conversation but it’s extremely unprofessional) 3. They said oh well we will change the battery and give it an oil change.... No problem thank you!!! Here is what upset me the most. While we were waiting the mechanic came in and spoke only in Spanish to the young lady helping us. They mentioned something about license plates. The young lady walks over to me and hesitated to hand me the keys. That car overheated within about 25 minutes of diving away from the lot!! A mechanic looked at it and said ‘you have a blown head gasket’ THANKS CAR TRON! This is officially the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. To make matters worse, my daughter has bronchitis and we sat on the side of the road until we could get help. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general office, and whoever else will listen
