Capital One Bank

I have a capital one credit card which is not bad for building credit. This is my issue with this bank. I have visited this bank twice and both of those visits haven't been pleasant at all. Everytime i want to speak with a banker, they don't have enough bankers !!! That's crazy... you go to the bank to resolve things with a banker but there is no one to help you!! It's been 1 hour and by the time you are looking at this review! I am probably gonna be here still waiting for service.

Awful bank. Very rude personnel. I got cash from THEIR ATM. All twenties. When I asked to change them to larger bills you would have thought I was some criminal. Not a large transaction but some management person indicated that they might cause them to 'run out of money.' What bovine deification. Horrible staff. Avoid.
